Vision:
The Bayfront Boulevard
District will be located at
the end of John Muir Parkway.
It will have the Multi-Modal
terminal along with shops,
restaurants, parking garages,
senior housing, residential units
and offices.
Conclusion of construction is
expected in 2018, although
the terminal should be built
and functional within a couple
of years.
Note that the
original plan
has been changed to add
an emergency access to
the ferry dock. People
will enter Point Hercules Park
on a bridge south of this
district.
