Annual recruitments are
   conducted in February every
   year for all Commissions  with
   expiring terms or vacancies. 
   Interviews of applicants are
   conducted and appointments
   made at the City Council's second
   meeting in March.   

   Occasionally a recruitment may
   be conducted to fill an unexpected
   vacancy that may occur prior to

   the annual recruitment.
