Transit Center for Bart and Park & Ride
   Vision:
   The Park and Ride Transit
   Center will be moved from
   its current location on San
   Pablo Avenue to an area
   off of Willow Avenue.  This
   new transit area will be
   surrounded by retail and
   office space.  The idea is
   that parking for daytime
   commuters can be used
   as a source of parking
   for businesses, clubs and
   restaurants that operate
   in the evening.
